- The units are leased on a first come first serve basis
- The leases will be 12 months and run from August to July.
The units may be sub-leased but it is the responsibility of the current tenants to find new tenants to take over remainder of the lease.
- Students must have parents sign the lease. Parents signatures
must be witnessed by a notary public. - There are no pets allowed.
