Prospective tenants that would like to apply to rent a condominium at River Pointe can do so for each prospective tenant.

Once the applications are approved, you will be notified and the
security deposit can be paid to secure a unit. The security deposit is
equal to one month's rent and must be paid in full.
Please note:
- The units are leased on a first come first serve basis
- The leases will be 12 months and run from August to July.
The units may be sub-leased but it is the responsibility of the
current tenants to find new tenants to take over remainder of the lease. - Students must have parents sign the lease. Parents signatures
must be witnessed by a notary public. - There are no pets allowed.
